Managing Director
Mr. Sandip H. Marwadi brings over 3 decades of experience in technology, infrastructure management, and business leadership. As the Managing Director of Pixon Energy, he leads the Company's strategic vision, operational growth, and innovation-driven transformation.
Under his leadership, Pixon Energy continues to strengthen its capabilities in advanced solar manufacturing, technology integration, and sustainable energy solutions, supporting its mission to power a cleaner future.
In addition to his role at Pixon Energy, Mr. Marwadi has extensive experience in technology and business operations through his long-standing association with the Marwadi Group as a whole-time Director, bringing a unique blend of technical expertise and entrepreneurial leadership to the organization.

With over 32 years of experience in financial services and business leadership, Mr. Deven H. Marwadi serves as the Promoter and Director of Pixon Energy. His strategic vision, operational expertise, and commitment to excellence play a key role in driving the Company's growth and long-term sustainability.
At Pixon Energy, he provides leadership across business strategy, governance, and operational development, supporting the Company's mission to deliver innovative and reliable solar energy solutions.
Mr. Marwadi is also a Whole-Time Director at Marwadi Shares and Finance Limited, bringing 3 decades of expertise in finance, capital markets, and risk management that continue to strengthen Pixon's growth journey.
MR. Rajendra Kankal

Mr. Rajendra Kankal is a senior business leader with extensive experience across Electric Motors and Alternators, Drives & Automation, Solar Modules & Cells industries. During his professional career, he has been associated with organizations including Crompton Greaves, Bharat Bijlee, Emotron AB, Granuldisk AB, RenewSys and SAEL in various leadership capacities. His core expertise includes business growth, market development and expansion, operational leadership, technology transitions and large-scale manufacturing expansion.
He possesses strong expertise across the solar manufacturing ecosystem including Ingot, Wafer, Cell and Module technologies, along with exposure to emerging BESS and energy storage solutions. He has hands-on experience in backward and forward integration initiatives, supply chain development, global sourcing, technology transitions and multi-GW manufacturing scale-ups.
As CEO of PIXON, he is leading the company’s growth towards becoming a leading integrated solar manufacturing and renewable energy solutions company with focus on technology, scale, quality and sustainable growth.
