2019–20

2019–20

In December 2019, PIXON was built with a vision to redefine solar manufacturing. This marked the foundation of a journey built on innovation, quality and sustainability. From day one, our goal was clear, to create advanced solar solutions that power a cleaner and greener future for all.

2020to21

2020–21

We commissioned our first Module Manufacturing Unit with a capacity of 400 MW by producing Poly and Mono PERC Full Cell Modules. This milestone wasn’t just about production, it was about laying the foundation for precision, reliability and the trust our customers would come to expect from PIXON.

2021–22

We took a major leap forward with the launch of our Encapsulant Manufacturing Unit by boasting an annual capacity of 1 GW. This move strengthened our backward integration. This ensured unmatched quality control, faster production timelines and the ability to meet growing demand with superior and tailor-made solutions for diverse solar applications.

2022to24

2022–24

PIXON expanded again by commissioning a 500 MW Mono PERC Half-Cell Module line. This upgrade enhanced efficiency and boosted our product range by enabling us to serve projects of all scales. Every module rolling out carried our promise of high performance, long-term reliability and cutting-edge solar technology for a sustainable tomorrow.

2025 – Q2

We’re introducing two advanced N-Type Mono production lines, compatible with Topcon, HJT and Back Contact technologies. Each with 650 MW capacity. These lines reflect our push towards next-generation solar modules. It delivers higher efficiency, better durability and future-ready technology to empower large-scale renewable energy adoption worldwide.

2025–Q3/Q4

Our expansion continues with multiple milestones. We upgraded the 300 MW Poly line to Topcon technology. This led to commissioning a 1.5 GW Aluminum Frame Plant and advancing our Quality Lab to IEC & UL standards. Together, these steps strengthen our production ecosystem and quality assurance to meet global benchmarks.

The journey moves forward with the commissioning of our EPE line by featuring a 1 GW capacity. This addition enhances our material portfolio and supports high-performance module manufacturing. It is another step in our ongoing mission to innovate, expand and deliver solar solutions that shape a cleaner energy future.
