In December 2019, PIXON was built with a vision to redefine solar manufacturing. This marked the foundation of a journey built on innovation, quality and sustainability. From day one, our goal was clear, to create advanced solar solutions that power a cleaner and greener future for all.

2020to21

2020–21

We commissioned our first Module Manufacturing Unit with a capacity of 400 MW by producing Poly and Mono PERC Full Cell Modules. This milestone wasn’t just about production, it was about laying the foundation for precision, reliability and the trust our customers would come to expect from PIXON.

2021–22

We took a major leap forward with the launch of our Encapsulant Manufacturing Unit by boasting an annual capacity of 1 GW. This move strengthened our backward integration. This ensured unmatched quality control, faster production timelines and the ability to meet growing demand with superior and tailor-made solutions for diverse solar applications.

2022–24

PIXON expanded again by commissioning a 500 MW Mono PERC Half-Cell Module line. This upgrade enhanced efficiency and boosted our product range by enabling us to serve projects of all scales. Every module rolling out carried our promise of high performance, long-term reliability and cutting-edge solar technology for a sustainable tomorrow.

2025 – Q2

We are expanding our capacity to 1.5GW all N-Type Technology with AI Integration in-built. These lines reflect our push towards next generation solar modules upto 735Wp. It delivers higher efficiency, better durability and future module technology to empower large scale renewable energy adoption worldwide.

2025–Q3/Q4

PIXON plans to boost solar manufacturing with a NABL-accredited lab by Q4 2025 to support advanced technologies like TOPCon and HJT. The lab will ensure global-standard quality and reliability, complementing our 1.3GW capacity expansion and strengthening partnerships with solar cell manufacturers and OEMs for future energy growth and innovation worldwide.
