Expanding Horizons: Varanasi Dealer & Distributor Meet
In collaboration with Ashish Enterprises, Pixon hosted a Dealer & Distributor Meet in Varanasi, bringing together partners and industry associates for meaningful conversations.
The meet provided an opportunity to exchange insights, understand evolving market dynamics, and strengthen relationships across our channel network. More than a business interaction, it reminded us that sustainable growth is built through strong partnerships and shared ambitions.
Strengthening Leadership
We are delighted to welcome Dr. Bidyadhar Behera as Assistant Vice President – Sales at Pixon.
His addition strengthens our leadership team and brings renewed focus to our sales and business growth initiatives. We look forward to his contribution as Pixon continues to expand its presence in the renewable energy sector.
Building Tomorrow: Marwadi University Industrial Visit
The quarter also saw 16 industrial visits, welcoming 965 students from Marwadi University, RK University, Government Polytechnic College Jamnagar, and OM Engineering College. These interactions reflect Pixon’s commitment to creating meaningful industry exposure and encouraging the next generation to understand the opportunities within renewable energy and manufacturing.
Inside the Walls: People, Purpose & Participation
At Pixon, growth goes beyond business; it is also about creating an environment where people connect, participate, learn, and thrive.
International Yoga Day brought employees together for a refreshing yoga session focused on wellness, mindfulness, and balance.
For World Environment Day, employees participated in a plantation drive along with fun team activities, combining environmental responsibility with team spirit.
Our Independence Day celebration was filled with pride and enthusiasm, featuring flag hoisting, a parade, and engaging activities that brought teams together in the spirit of unity.
Prioritising Health & Well-being
Employee well-being remains an important part of the Pixon workplace culture.
Dr. Jayesh Dobariya, Pulmonologist, Synergy Hospital, conducted an informative session for employees focused on lungs health and respiratory well-being, providing valuable insights into maintaining better respiratory health and workplace wellness.
Safety First: Strengthening Workplace Preparedness
Safety remains a shared responsibility at Pixon. During the quarter, several initiatives were undertaken to strengthen employee awareness, workplace safety, and emergency preparedness.
- Occupational Health & Safety Training was conducted for employees in accordance with Section 111A of the Factories Act, 1948.
- The Occupational Health & Safety Audit was successfully completed as per IS 14489.
- A Fire & Evacuation Mock Drill was successfully conducted to strengthen emergency preparedness and employee awareness.
Learning on the Job: Building Skills from Within
At Pixon, continuous learning is an essential part of building a capable and confident workforce.
On-the-Job Training (OJT) was conducted to enhance employee knowledge, awareness, and workplace skills, achieving 840 man-hours in Q3 FY2026–27.
These initiatives support our commitment to creating a culture where employees continue to learn, develop, and grow alongside the organisation.
