In addition to his role at Pixon Energy, Mr. Marwadi has extensive experience in technology and business operations through his long-standing association with the Marwadi Group as a whole-time Director, bringing a unique blend of technical expertise and entrepreneurial leadership to the organization.

Mr. Rajendra Kankal is a senior business leader with extensive experience across Electric Motors and Alternators, Drives & Automation, Solar Modules & Cells industries. During his professional career, he has been associated with organizations including Crompton Greaves, Bharat Bijlee, Emotron AB, Granuldisk AB, RenewSys and SAEL in various leadership capacities. His core expertise includes business growth, market development and expansion, operational leadership, technology transitions and large-scale manufacturing expansion.

He possesses strong expertise across the solar manufacturing ecosystem including Ingot, Wafer, Cell and Module technologies, along with exposure to emerging BESS and energy storage solutions. He has hands-on experience in backward and forward integration initiatives, supply chain development, global sourcing, technology transitions and multi-GW manufacturing scale-ups.

As CEO of PIXON, he is leading the company’s growth towards becoming a leading integrated solar manufacturing and renewable energy solutions company with focus on technology, scale, quality and sustainable growth.

Mr. Anirban Das is a seasoned business leader with over 26 years of experience in the solar energy industry, spanning the complete spectrum of renewable energy solutions—from earlier Solar Home Lighting Systems to now utility-scale GW-level key accounts solar module sales and business development.

Throughout his distinguished career, he has held leadership positions with several renowned organizations, including Rayzon Solar, Credence Solar, Ravi Renewables, Topsun Energy, Goldi Green, Waaree Energies, Modern Solar, Kirti Solar (KSL), and Bhaskar Solar. His extensive industry exposure has enabled him to build deep expertise across module sales, channel development, EPC business, project sales, and strategic market expansion.

Mr. Das specializes in business growth, market development, sales leadership, strategic partnerships, technical discussion, and team building. He is widely recognized for his ability to develop high-performing sales organizations, establish strong distribution networks, and create sustainable growth strategies in highly competitive markets. He has also represented organizations at numerous industry conferences, seminars, and technical forums, contributing to the advancement of solar energy adoption and awareness.
